How is the gift voucher delivered?
By email, to the recipient, as soon as your payment clears — or on a date you choose, if you would rather it arrived on the day. Nothing is posted, so there is no delivery charge and nothing to wait for.
How long is a gift voucher valid for?
Three years from the day it is issued, which is the minimum the Consumer Protection Act requires. The expiry date is printed on the voucher itself.
Can it be used more than once?
Yes. A gift voucher holds a balance, so if the first order does not use it all, the rest stays on the code for next time.
What if the order costs more than the voucher?
The voucher covers what it can and the difference is paid by card or EFT at checkout, as normal.
Can I send it to myself to hand over in person?
Of course. Put your own email address in as the recipient and you will get a card you can print or forward whenever you like.
